About This Course

Understand the ten known methods of Quranic recitation. This course includes interactive lessons, practical exercises, and comprehensive guidance on the names of the ten Qira’at, their main readers, and their twenty narrators. Students can learn one or more of these Qira’at, depending on the learner’s need. We also give certifications at the end of the course. At the end of the Qira’at course, learners can:

  • Understand one or more of these Qira’at

  • Accurately pronounce and recite the Quran using one or more of the ten Qira’at

  • Identify the unique features of the taken Qira’at

  • Learn about the main readers and the narrators related to the tackled Qira’at

  1. Qira’at Nafi’ al-Madani:

    • Readers: Nafi’ ibn ‘Abd ar-Rahman

    • Narrators: Qalun, Warsh

  2. Qira’at Ibn Kathir al-Makki:

    • Readers: Ibn Kathir

    • Narrators: Al-Bazzi, Qunbul

  3. Qira’at Abu ‘Amr al-Basri:
